Charleston Samplers is created by native Charlestonians to celebrate the culture of this uniquely rich city of the South Carolina Lowcountry. We are pleased to present a collection of first quality, authentic gifts and collectibles that we feel represents the rich flavor of Charleston and the beautiful coastal plain of South Carolina. We have been at our location since 1987. Our pledge is to offer you a fun and unique shopping experience backed up by a pledge of complete customer satisfaction. Whether you have been to Charleston, or are planning a visit, we hope that you will spend some time with us – and come back often!
Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground or USPS for orders within the continental US. If required, we can ship UPS Next Day Air or UPS Second Day Air. Please contact us if you need special shipping. If the item ordered is in stock, we typically ship the same day, or no later than the next day. Made-to-order items such as gift baskets and handmade crafts may take a few days to create. We will contact you right away if there will be a delay in shipping. Standard shipping charges are as follows:
Next Day Air and Second Day Air shipping charges are based upon the items ordered. Multiple box shipments, multiple address shipments, special handling or custom packaging may incur additional charges.
If your order should require additional shipping charges, we will contact you for approval prior to processing charges.
International shipments are also available. Shipping charges quoted according to destination.
Should you need to return your purchase to us, please complete the following process:
1. Please contact one of our customer service representatives to receive a return authorization. You may contact us at our toll free number, or at our e-mail address listed above.
2. Fill out the return form on the reverse side of your invoice. Please include the reason for the return. Make sure that your name and address are correct on the invoice. Include your phone number and e-mail address should we need to contact you.

Please return all items in original packaging. Returned items must be in saleable condition. We cannot accept returns on opened food items.
Charleston Samplers respects the privacy of our customers. We will not obtain personally identifying information about you unless you voluntarily choose to provide it to us. We will not sell information about you to others, and we do not participate in bulk e-mail solicitations ("spam"). In the course of completing a transaction with Charleston Samplers, some of your personal information may be shared to perform functions on our behalf, such as package deliveries and credit card processing. We will only release personal information when it is necessary to comply with the law, or to protect the rights of Charleston Samplers, our customers or others. This includes information exchange with other organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. Please note that our privacy policy applies only to Charleston Samplers, and not to any other sites to which we might link.
For your convenience, we accept Visa®, MasterCard® and American Express®. As part of our privacy and security practices, we do not store your credit card numbers in your order history. We ask that you kindly provide us with your credit card number each time you make a secure transaction.
