artichoke relish is a hand prepared production of a famous Lowcountry
antebellum recipe, and uses only fresh South Carolina produce and no
preservatives. Place a spoonful of this Southern delight alongside dishes
of rice and pork. It is also great on burgers and hot dogs. Your
imagination is the only limit to uses for this crunchy and tart sweet
relish. We particularly like it to dress up egg salad, potato salad, and
